The best 60 minutes of your day! Classes are instructor lead. Athletes will be briefed on the workout; the movements, standards, and requirements for the day. Each movement will be shown, as well as variations for all skill levels and experience. The coach will guide all athletes through a warm up, any specific training for the day, provide necessary coaching/critiquing, and then the workout. Once the workout is complete, athletes will be lead through cool-down.
Offered during times when the gym is in use for classes. It is highly encouraged to come to the gym every day. However, doing the workout of the day every single day, is not. Some days, coming in and working on mobility, a specific skill, lift, or just hanging out, is just what we need. Open gym time is offered to help put in time outside of class.
