CrossFit is a strength & conditioning brand that combines cardio, weightlifting, & gymnastics. We offer group classes led by certified coaches who ensure athletes receive adequate instruction during each workout. At CrossFit Blackbeard, we take a back-to-basics approach with our program, teaching basic body weight movements (i.e. pull ups, push ups), barbell power lifting, Olympic lifting, and conditioning. Daily workouts range from 20-60 minutes and demand all-out physical exertion. Each workout presents athletes of all levels with mental and physical challenges that bring them closer to reaching and surpassing their fitness goals. All workouts are perfectly scalable according to experience level and athletic ability. We have coached individuals with all levels of ability and backgrounds, including: military personnel, local law enforcement, healthcare professionals, collegiate-level athletes, teachers, and homemakers.
