Strength

Deadlift- 3×10

Notes: Keep the weight between 75%-85% of your 1RM, rest 90 seconds between sets. We will be testing the deadlift next week.

Bamboo Bench- 2×20

Notes: Moderate weight (you will experience a lot of shake). Rest 2:00 minutes between sets.

 

Met-Con

7 minute AMRAP:

3 Power Cleans 185/115

3 Chest-to-bar  Pull-ups

 

Mobility

We will be do doing  10 minutes of mobility work after the WOD
