Notes:Very fast pulls, its okay to drop at the top. Blue band over 300#, red band over 200# and purple band under 200#.
EMOM for 10 minutes
1 minute/1 HSPU
2 minutes/ 2 HSPU
3 minutes/3 HSPU ….
Notes: If you can’t yet do a HSPU. Do a HS hold for 20 sec EMOM. If you fail restart the ladder at 1 HSPU and begin the climb again.
