CrossFit Level 1 Trainer
Danielle is addicted to anything and everything fitness-related. Any spare moment she has is spent at the gym, in the Blackbeard box, or talking about CrossFit. You will often see her doing sled pulls in the parking lot. She dropped in for “Bring a Friend Day” several years ago and was hooked ever since. She enjoys outdoor physical activities such as mud runs ( Tough Mudder, Spartan, and Savage), paddle boarding, obstacle courses, and bike riding. But even more so, she enjoys motivating others to continue on their fitness path to reach their goals. Danielle knows the time and dedication it takes and wants to help others stay focused and positive. She plans to expand her fitness/CrossFit knowledge and go for her Level 2.
